Administered by Frontier Energy on behalf of CPUC-regulated utility ratepayer funds. Paid a tiered incentive for heat pump HVAC and heat pump water heater installs. Single-family incentives stopped taking new reservations on 14 November 2025 and were fully reserved statewide by 24 February 2026. Commercial incentives closed 31 October 2025.
